I'm Mindy Lanae
Since 18, I've been a successful entrepreneur with businesses in products, services, real estate, and coaching. Moved from small town Iowa to Times Square, NYC, and now global entrepreneur. I've traveled the world, faced fears by walking over fire, zip-lining in the jungle, and scuba diving with sharks up to 140 ft deep. Celebrated being happily married for over 15 years and being the best dog mom.
Over the years, I struggled with health issues that stemmed from emotional stress. Not exactly how I imagined my 20's and 30's, however I alleviated symptoms with what I teach.
